Refund Policy

All payments will be made with cash on the day of dropping off your clothes; therefore, if you change your mind whilst we are in possession of your clothes, a refund can not be given.

If you have chosen to pay for our pick-up and drop-off service and decide to cancel within 24 hours of your pick-up time, these charges will not be refunded.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our ironing, you can email us at info@steamlinecardiff.co.uk or ring us at 07806986548, and we will be happy to discuss. However, any pick-up or drop-off charges will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged, we will offer a full refund for your order.
